“A Breath of Fresh Air Beyond the Valley”
Struggle for Air In Valley
"Having the opportunity to see green landscapes and breathe fresh air without a trace of pollution is not easy for people living inside the Kathmandu Valley." These were the thoughts of my friend Parul after visiting Shey Phoksundo.
Surrounded by greenery, clean roads, and crystal-clear rivers, she experienced an environment very different from the polluted and crowded city life we often consider normal. What impressed her the most was the purity of nature, the fresh air, the absence of waste along the roads, and the sight of clean water flowing freely in the river.
Her journey was a reminder that clean air and a healthy environment are not luxuries; they are things every person deserves to experience.
