Growing up in a farming family in the Terai, I remember mornings filled with fresh air, birdsong, and open fields.
Looking back after nearly two decades, the environment feels noticeably different.
Cleaner skies have become less common, and pollution has become part of daily life.
I often wonder how future generations will believe we once lived surrounded by such natural beauty if they never experience clean air themselves.
