“Haze & Pace”
Morning haze
You may see the whole of Kathmandu is running nowadays.
Out of FOMO I started my run one morning, however rather than feeling light and alive, I got a very bad common cold for a week.
The photo I took is at Koteswor early in the morning at 7:00 am while I was going for a run.
I couldn’t continue next day because it was too difficult to breathe in the quality of air we have and on the top of that we don’t have a good park to help people run and breathe healthy.
