In a recent judgment, the Supreme Court of Nepal delivered an important decision that within the 15 km radius of Lumbini no new industries will be established and the established industries will be transferred.
Though the defendants gave a counter by putting the view that India has a major role for the pollution contribution.
This bold decision may help to protect the dignity of Lumbini.
